Our Training

New employees at XTRA Lease receive extensive on-the-job training, beginning the first day of employment. During your first 90 days on the job, you'll receive:

• Extensive hands-on training, including self-study, job shadowing, and mentoring assignments from your direct and regional managers;
• A week-long new hire orientation;
• At least 10 hours of online safety training;
• In addition to our new employee training, employees receive monthly job-specific refresher training;
• Employees have access to XTRA's intranet site, providing you 24/7 information on every sales and service resource available!
