About the company Our client is a nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides a wide array of services for people in need.


Job description
• Prepare annual program budgets and modifications.
• Manage preparation of billings, collection of revenues, and follow-up with funders.
• Manage program purchasing activities and approval of vendor invoices.
• Manage program inventory process.
• Manage information systems function.
• Prepare monthly financial variance analyses from the agency produced financial reports and make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.


Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum five years relevant accounting and administrative experience in a Non-Profit setting, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with NYSED, NYCED, OPDD/OMRDD regulations and requirements, and SEIT evaluations are absolutely necessary.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications and word processing required.
