Job description
CRC Industries is looking for a Field Service Representative to assist the Outside Sales team in selling the CRC product line(s).
• Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Travel with CRC Sales Reps throughout the Mid-Atlantic States (home every night) to provide product knowledge to existing and potential clients
• Maximize customer satisfaction through innovative products and excellent service.
• Support clients and enhance their customer relationships by providing superior product knowledge and customer service
• Trained to become knowledgeable in specific market areas so that you can focus on and respond to the varying needs of our customers within those markets.
Who we are looking for
• Candidates should have 5+ years experience in the automotive, heavy trucking or marine industries. Hands-on product knowledge is extremely important
• A college degree IS NOT necessary; however, existing CRC product knowledge is important
• Candidates must be credible, likeable and personable...this position is all about providing product knowledge to clients while traveling with the sales representatives
• Must be able to work from home, but come into the office in Warminster, PA when needed
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel within the Mid-Atlantic states (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, New York, West Virginia)
What's on offer
• 50-70k base plus Incentive Annual Bonus, car package
• 401k-Eligibility is immediate. Company matches 50% of the first 4% of employee contributions
• Pension- Employees are 100% vested after 5 years of service

• Vacation: Less than 1 year- 1/2 day/month of service to max.of 5 days; 1 year, but less than 5 years-10 days; 5 years, but less than 15 years-15 days
