Commission Structure
Page Personnel offers a highly competitive commission structure that is based on individual results after a base salary. Page Personnel is salary focused but includes a commission structure. There are also additional quarterly and annual target-based bonuses.
Incentives
We run local, regional and national competitions throughout the year as additional incentives and rewards for continued effort and commitment. At the end of each year we plan a trip for all consultants who qualify by meeting certain company goals.
